GETTING STARTED
Step 1:
Read over read_me.txt with your child and make sure they understand.
This file can be found on the desktop.
Step 2:
Help your child setup a wifi connection.
This is used to access tutorials, submit their creations, talk to chatgpt, and install standard Ubuntu security updates.
Step 3:
Go over the submission rules with your child.
These can be found by clicking the submission shortcut on the desktop.
Step 4:
Create chatgpt account and login.
An email is required for this step; parents are encouraged to use their own email and password so they can monitor their child’s conversations with chatgpt, and if they want, even use chatgpt for themselves.
If you love chatgpt and want to access it on your phone, there is a handy app for that in the AppStore, just make sure you download the official app released by OpenAI.
Note:
When we refer to desktop, we are referring to the homepage; the computer after login but with no applications/windows open.
